Introducing the Next- Generation Single Optic and Thermistor Sockets
Civacon Next-Gen Overfill Sockets connect Optic, Thermistor, and J560-type level sensors on trailer and truck tanks to their compatible monitor plugs installed at loading terminals. This overfill-detection system provides for automatic shutoff of product flow at a predetermined liquid level and warns of an overfill condition.
Civacon’s Next-Gen API overfill sockets feature highly wear-resistant J-slot inserts instead of the traditional J-slot collar. The J-slot inserts are easily replaceable using just a screwdriver without the need to disconnect any wiring or enter the electronics. This means that maintenance can be done in minutes in the field, resulting in reduced downtime and a much lower maintenance cost.
