SuperKlean DuraFlow DH150S is a premier industrial spray nozzle engineered for high-performance hot water washdown in demanding industrial environments like food processing, pharma, and dairy plants. Built with a corrosion-resistant 300 Series stainless steel body and an epoxy resin-coated cover, this nozzle weighs only 1.7 lbs, significantly reducing operator fatigue during long sanitation shifts. Its standout safety feature is a specialized front trigger guard and cover designed to prevent accidental discharge if the nozzle is dropped. For continuous operation, a built-in trigger lock mechanism allows for a secure, consistent spray pattern without constant manual pressure.
Designed for versatility and water conservation, the DuraFlow nozzle features a drip-free automatic shut-off and a variable spray pattern that adjusts from a wide fan to a concentrated solid stream. It is rated for a maximum pressure of 150 PSI and temperatures up to 200°F (93°C). The unit includes a 1/2″ NPT inlet and a quick-connect receptacle for seamless integration with accessories like the DuraWand.
