The SharkBite® Water Filtration Connection Kit contains components for installing a water filtration system. No special tools, soldering, glue, tape, or clamps are needed. As you insert the pipe into this push-to-connect fitting the stainless-steel teeth clamp down tightly while the built-in O-ring compresses ensuring a leak-free seal. If any of these SharkBite® fittings need to be disconnected simply slip the disconnect tool behind the collet firmly and the fitting will disconnect. Unlike many plumbing connectors, SharkBite® fittings can be rotated after assembly to make installation quick and easy.
