Pressure/Vacuum Vent for Container/Tote
The newly designed RVC1.25 vent is a pressure/vacuum vent constructed of 316SS and FKM or Kalrez/Tef-sil seals. The vent mounts exterior of the tank and has male 1.25in NPT mounting threads.The vent incorporates a weather hood to protect it from incursion of rain and snow. It is available in several different set pressures, and can be used on many different types of containers. Threaded body construction makes disassembly and cleaning easy, and the vent is clearly marked with part number and flow rates for ease of identification and acquisition of replacement parts.
This vent does not have overturn pressure compensation.
Vents can be specified with ECTFE (Halar®) lined/coated wetted components for aggressive chemical applications by adding an ‘L’ in the part number, as shown (e.g. RVCL3NT-25).
