The Milky FJ 50 E pasteurizer is a perfect medium-sized multi-purpose kettle. It can be used for milk pasteurization and producing cheese and yogurt. It can also be used for the pasteurization of fruit juices, heating calf milk, liquefying honey, the production of honey wax, and more!
The maximum filling capacity of 13.2 gallons (50 liters) makes it perfect for a small dairy. The minimum filling capacity is 6.6 gallons (25 liters). A 3 kW heater can warm the milk up to 194°F (90°C).
