The John Guest ProLock™ female stem adapter threads onto NPT male threads and provides a stem for connecting ProLock push-fit fittings. Fast and easy to use – no soldering, glue or clamps. Approved for behind-the-wall applications and can be used for permanent installations. Ideal for work in tight spaces. Can be disconnected without damage to tubing.

About ProLock: The John Guest ProLock series has been designed with an audible click and visible alignment arrows to assure installers that a fitting is secure. Fittings are ideal for use in water softener/conditioner systems and virtually any OEM type of application involving joining solutions.
ProLock fittings have a collet with stainless steel teeth that grip the pipe when fully inserted, and an O-ring to provide a permanent, leakproof seal. When twisted into place, the locking cap locks the pipe in place securely. No special tools, soldering, clamps or glue are ever required. Fittings reduce installation times by more than 40% and are code-approved for behind-the-wall use.
