JME 5:1 55 Gallon Drum Oil Transfer Pump
These air‑operated oil transfer pumps are engineered for tough industrial conditions and are ideal for transferring high‑viscosity oils up to SAE 240 over both short and long distances. They are commonly used with trolley‑mounted systems, with or without hose reels, as well as fixed centralized oil distribution systems.
The pumps feature rugged, all‑metal construction and are fully CNC‑machined with hardened, wear‑resistant moving components for long service life. Each unit uses a double‑acting, reciprocating piston design powered by a 2‑1/2″ (63 mm) diameter air motor, delivering flow rates of up to 18 LPM (4.76 GPM) with air consumption of 250 LPM (66 CFM).
Stub‑style pumps are supplied with a 1″ (female) threaded non‑return valve for installation at the bottom of the suction tube. Other pump lengths include a built‑in inlet strainer to help prevent contaminants from entering the pump.
Available configurations include Stub, 16‑Gallon, and 55‑Gallon versions.
